Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

*Holiday shipping update: please note that orders should be placed by 12/13 for expected arrival before Christmas. We are allowing extra time for your packages to get to you due to the high volume of online orders across the country.*
 
Shipping: 
We are now offering Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipping within the US. No order minimum required. Transit time for free shipping is around 5-7 business days. We also offer expedited service on select products and to eligible destinations so you can get your order as soon as next day. You will see specific shipping options at checkout. 
 
Returns: 
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? We offer free returns for store credit on most items! You can start the return process by visit our Return Center where you will be able to request the return and once approved get a shipping label to send the item back. However, please note that product must be returned in original package it was shipped in to qualify for free returns and original shipping costs are non-refundable. All items being returned must still have tags, no signs of use or animal hair, and be returned within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received your returned product, you will receive a credit back to your original form of payment within 1-2 business days.
Items on sale, toys, and beds are final sale and are non-returnable.
Hunter & June is not responsible for items lost in return shipping.
 
Exchanges: 
At this time we are not able to offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you would like to replace your current order, and simply return the item you don't want to keep.
